Install the Atlas Prime Client Area Web App
The Client Area web app puts your Atlas Prime client area on your phone, tablet or computer, so you can manage your accounts, deposits, withdrawals and more. You install it from your browser in a few steps, with no app store needed.
Open my.atlasprimefx.comOpened this page inside WhatsApp, Instagram or another app? Open it in Safari or Chrome first, then follow the steps.
Choose Your Device
iPhone
Use Safari. Works on iOS 16.4 or later; the pictures show iOS 27. On an iPad, choose iPad above. Other devices
Open Safari and go to my.atlasprimefx.com. Then tap the Page Menu button (three lines) at the left end of the address bar.
The sign-in page opens. You can install the app before you sign in.
See a round ••• button at the far right (iOS 26)? Tap it instead, not the icon in the address bar. If your toolbar has a Share button (a square with an up arrow), tap it and skip to step 3.
In the menu that opens, tap Share.
Scroll the menu if you don’t see it.
The Share sheet opens. Tap View More to see the full list.
You can also swipe the sheet up. If the full list already shows, go to the next step.
Scroll down if needed and tap Add to Home Screen.
Not in the list? Scroll to the bottom, tap Edit Actions, then add Add to Home Screen.
Check that the name says Atlas Prime and Open as Web App is on (green). Then tap Add.
If the switch is off, turn it on, or the icon will open in Safari instead of as an app. On iOS 18 and older there is no switch: just tap Add.
Tap the new Atlas Prime icon on your Home Screen. The app opens full screen, without the Safari bar, on the sign-in page.
Sign in there. Next time, just tap the icon on your Home Screen.
Link opened inside Instagram, WhatsApp or another app? Tap ••• or the compass button and choose Open in Safari (or Open in browser) first, then start at step 1.
Using Chrome, Edge or Firefox? Safari is the easiest, but these work too:
- Chrome (iOS 17 or later): tap Share on the right of the address bar (or look in the ••• menu), then Add to Home Screen, then Add.
- Edge: tap the menu button in the bottom bar, then Share, Add to Home Screen and Add.
- Firefox: tap Share in the address bar, then Add to Home Screen and Add.
In the Share sheet, tap View More (or scroll) to find Add to Home Screen, as in steps 3 and 4. If you see Open as Web App, make sure it is on (turn it on if it is off). Can’t find the option? Use Safari.
iPad
Use Safari. The pictures show iPadOS 27. If a button looks a little different on your iPad, check the grey note under that step. Other devices
Open Safari and go to my.atlasprimefx.com.
The sign-in page opens. You can install the app before you sign in.
Tap the Share button at the top right of the Safari window, just left of +.
It is the square with an arrow pointing up.
In the box that opens, tap View More. It is the last round button, with a down arrow.
On iPadOS 26 this button is called More and shows three dots (•••). On iPadOS 18 or older there is no View More button. Scroll the list and tap Add to Home Screen.
Tap Add to Home Screen.
Scroll down the list if you don’t see it.
Check that the name is Atlas Prime and Open as Web App is on (green), then tap Add.
If the switch is off, turn it on. If the keyboard opens, you don’t need to type anything. On iPadOS 18 or older there is no switch, so just tap Add.
Tap the new Atlas Prime icon on your Home Screen to open the app. It opens on the sign-in page.
Use this icon every time you want your client area. The icon is only added to this iPad.
Don’t see it?
- If the link opened inside another app, such as Instagram or WhatsApp, open it in Safari first.
- No Share button at the top right? Make the Safari window wider, or tap the page menu button at the left end of the address bar and look for Share there.
- No Add to Home Screen in the list? Scroll to the bottom, tap Edit Actions and add it.
Android
Use Google Chrome. It gives the smoothest install, Samsung Galaxy phones included. Works on Android 8 or later; older phones may show slightly different menu words (see step 3). Other devices
Open Chrome and go to my.atlasprimefx.com.
The sign-in page opens. If a message at the top of the screen says Install Atlas Prime | Client Dashboard, tap Install there and skip to step 5.
Tap More, the three dots ⋮ at the top right.
If you moved the address bar to the bottom of the screen, the three dots are at the bottom right.
Tap Install and create shortcut. Scroll down the menu if you don’t see it.
Older Chrome versions call it Add to Home screen (then go on with step 4) or Install app (then skip to step 5).
In the panel that opens, tap Install, the top option.
Do not choose Create shortcut: a shortcut only opens the site inside Chrome. If the top option says Checking if app can be installed…, wait a moment. If it says This app is already installed, Atlas Prime is already on your phone.
In the Install app window, tap Install.
It shows the name Atlas Prime | Client Dashboard and my.atlasprimefx.com.
Wait a few seconds while Chrome installs the app. Then tap the Atlas Prime icon on your Home screen to open it, now and any time. It opens on the sign-in page.
Icon not on your Home screen? Swipe up on your Home screen to see all your apps, find Atlas Prime, then touch and hold it and drag it onto your Home screen. On phones without Google Play services Chrome adds a shortcut instead: if asked, tap Add.
Don’t see an install option? Make sure you are not in an Incognito tab. If the link opened inside another app, such as WhatsApp or Instagram, use that app’s menu to choose Open in Chrome first.
On a Samsung Galaxy? Use Chrome, as above. Samsung’s own browser may show an “Unsafe app blocked” message for web apps. That message comes from the way Samsung’s browser packages web apps, not from Atlas Prime.
Windows
Use Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome on Windows 10 or 11, in a normal window (not InPrivate or Incognito). Other devices
Microsoft Edge
Open Microsoft Edge and go to my.atlasprimefx.com. Then click the App available icon in the address bar.
It looks like three small squares and a plus. Don’t see it? Click Settings and more (•••) at the top right, then More tools, then Apps, then Install this site as an app (it may say Install Atlas Prime | Client Dashboard).
A box opens: Install Atlas Prime | Client Dashboard app. Click the blue Install button.
Atlas Prime opens in its own window with an App installed box. Pin to taskbar and Pin to Start are already ticked. Click Allow.
Want an icon on your desktop too? Tick Create Desktop shortcut before you click Allow. Untick anything you don’t want. If Windows then asks whether to pin Atlas Prime to the taskbar, say yes.
Next time, click the Atlas Prime icon on the taskbar. It opens on the sign-in page.
You can also open the Start menu and type Atlas Prime, or double-click the desktop icon if you ticked Create Desktop shortcut.
Google Chrome
Open Google Chrome and go to my.atlasprimefx.com. Then click the Install icon in the address bar.
It looks like a small screen with a down arrow. Don’t see it? Click the three dots (⋮) at the top right, then Cast, save, and share, then Install Atlas Prime | Client Dashboard… (or Install page as app…).
In the Install app box, click the button labelled Install.
Go by the label, not the colour: on Windows the blue button may be Cancel.
Newer Chrome (version 157 and later) shows Next instead. Click Next, leave Add desktop shortcut ticked, click Install, then click Open tab in app.
Atlas Prime opens in its own window, without tabs or an address bar. To keep it on the taskbar, right-click its icon on the taskbar and click Pin to taskbar.
If Windows asks whether to pin Atlas Prime to the taskbar, say yes. If the menu shows Unpin from taskbar, it is already pinned.
Next time, double-click the Atlas Prime icon on your desktop. It opens on the sign-in page.
You can also click its icon on the taskbar, or open the Start menu and type Atlas Prime. It is in the Chrome Apps folder too.
Don’t see Install? Installing does not work in InPrivate (Edge) or Incognito (Chrome) windows, so open a normal window and try again. If you use Firefox, switch to Edge or Chrome.
In the Start menu and on the desktop, Windows may list it as Atlas Prime Client Dashboard. Search for Atlas Prime to find it.
Mac
Use Safari on macOS Sonoma 14 or later. On macOS Ventura 13, use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Other devices
Safari
Open Safari and go to my.atlasprimefx.com. Then click the Share button in the toolbar.
It is the square with an arrow pointing up, near the top right of the window. You can install the app from the sign-in page.
Can’t see Share? In a narrow window it may be hidden behind » at the right end of the toolbar. Or use the menu bar at the top of the screen: choose File, then Add to Dock…, and go on to step 3.
Choose Add to Dock.
Check that the name says Atlas Prime, then click Add.
If a different name is filled in, type Atlas Prime.
Click Atlas Prime in the Dock. It opens in its own window, without the Safari toolbar. Sign in if asked.
You can also find it with Spotlight. If you were already signed in to the client area in Safari, you usually stay signed in.
Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge
Using Microsoft Edge? See the Edge note just below these Chrome steps.
Open Google Chrome and go to my.atlasprimefx.com. Then click the Install icon at the right end of the address bar.
It looks like a screen with a down arrow, sometimes with the word Install beside it. Don’t see it? Click ⋮ at the top right, then Cast, save, and share (or Save and share). Then click Install Atlas Prime | Client Dashboard… (it may also say Install page as app…).
In the Install app window, click Install, the button on the right. Atlas Prime opens in its own window.
Cancel and Install look alike, so check the label. If you see Next instead of Install (newer Chrome), click Next, then Install, then Open tab in app.
To keep it in the Dock, Control-click (or right-click) the Atlas Prime icon in the Dock, then choose Options and Keep in Dock.
Next time, click it in the Dock or find it with Spotlight. It opens on the sign-in page. Chrome names the app Atlas Prime | Client Dashboard.
Using Microsoft Edge? Install it like this:
- Open Edge, go to my.atlasprimefx.com and click the App available icon in the address bar. It looks like three small squares and a plus.
- Don’t see it? Click Settings and more (•••) at the top right, then More tools, Apps and Install this site as an app (it may say Install Atlas Prime | Client Dashboard).
- Click Install. Atlas Prime opens in its own window.
- To keep it in the Dock, Control-click its Dock icon, then choose Options and Keep in Dock.
Don’t see Add to Dock or Install? Safari needs macOS Sonoma 14 or later, and the current Google Chrome needs macOS Ventura 13 or later. To check your version, choose the Apple menu, then About This Mac. Chrome and Edge cannot install from Incognito, Guest or InPrivate windows, so use a normal window.
Chromebook and Linux
Use Google Chrome (on Linux, Chromium works too). Works on current ChromeOS and Linux. Other devices
Open Chrome and go to my.atlasprimefx.com. Then click the Install icon (a screen with a down arrow) near the right end of the address bar.
It sits just left of the star and may briefly show the word Install. The sign-in page opens, and you can install the app before you sign in.
Don’t see it? Click the three dots ⋮ at the top right, then Cast, save, and share (or Save and share). Then click Install Atlas Prime | Client Dashboard… (it may also say Install page as app…, which works the same way).
An Install app box opens. Check that it shows Atlas Prime | Client Dashboard and my.atlasprimefx.com, then click Next at the bottom right.
On Linux this button says Install: click it, then go to step 4.
Seeing a smaller box with only Install and Cancel? That is the box in Chrome before version 157. Click the word Install, on the right. Go by the label, as Cancel may be the blue one. The app then opens in its own window: go to step 5.
Chromebook only: leave Pin to shelf ticked and click Install.
Atlas Prime goes into your Launcher, and the tick also puts it on the shelf at the bottom of the screen. If Chrome went straight to installing, go to step 4.
When you see Successfully installed, click Open tab in app.
Atlas Prime opens in its own window, on the sign-in page. Close just closes the box.
Next time, click the red Atlas Prime icon on the shelf, or find Atlas Prime | Client Dashboard in the Launcher.
Not on the shelf? Find it in the Launcher, right-click it and choose Pin to shelf. On Linux, open it from your applications menu. The name may be shortened. It opens on the sign-in page.
Don’t see Install?
- Installing doesn’t work in Incognito or Guest windows. Open a normal Chrome window.
- On a school or work Chromebook, your administrator may block it. Chrome then says installation is blocked by administrator policy.
Using Microsoft Edge on Linux? Click the App available icon in the address bar, then Install.
Good to Know
- Use your browser, not another app. If you opened the link inside Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram or a similar app, tap its menu and choose Open in browser (or Open in Safari) first.
- Use a normal window. Private windows (Incognito, InPrivate) cannot install apps.
- Sign in inside the app. If the app asks, sign in with your Atlas Prime email and password.
- No store updates. The app always loads your current client area from my.atlasprimefx.com.
- Firefox and older Macs. Firefox on a computer, and Safari on macOS Ventura 13, cannot install web apps: use Chrome or Edge. On macOS Monterey 12 or older, update macOS or use another device.
- Prefer a store app on Android? The Atlas Prime app is on Google Play.
